After the graduation in Marine Engineering and naval Architecture, I have been lucky enough to get the opportunity to make an intense experience covering key roles, first with FINCANTIERI one of the world's largest shipbuilding groups and then with CARNIVAL CORPORATION the world's largest Cruise Ships Operator.

During my career I realised that cruise shipbuilding standard processes are indeed complex but sometimes treated in a chaotic and noisy way, usually highly influenced by the burocracy of the big organizations with the unavoidable effect of losing the focus and the quality over the final objectives.
